It is often said that no two clients' needs are exactly the same; and this is particularly true in estate planning. The hard facts of your finances are unique to you; but more often than not, the soft facts – the intricacies of your personal and family relationships – also have a significant impact on how you solve your inheritance tax or estate planning problems.
Years ago, we devised a financial "tailoring" process to ensure that the solution we create fits you and your needs perfectly.  This process is the kind of service you can expect in working with us.

The Consultation.  Just like a custom tailor begins his or her process by discovering your tastes in fabric and style, our bespoke process begins with an initial consultation to:

* Identify the specific issues you would like to resolve
* Review your financial history in detail
* Analyse and quantify the problem
* Begin to identify possible solutions
* Describe each solution and its likelihood of achieving your objectives
* Take formal instruction and agree to terms (if you like what you hear)

The Workshop.  As a tailor marks, measures and cuts the cloth according to a pattern of your personal measurements, we also mark and measure a program as individual as you are.  We analyse your personal situation and, from this analysis, develop an Estate Planning Report­. This report allows us to expand on previous discussions with you and prepare our proposal for your consideration.

The Fitting.  No program can be truly tailor-made without a fitting.  Here we present you with our proposal. We explain in detail how your program will work and how you will achieve your stated objectives.  And then we listen to any changes you may wish to make.
